Results & Guarantee
Before we start, we agree on a specific monthly lead target and a maximum cost-per-lead. If we hit those numbers, you pay our management fee in full. If we miss, we waive all or part of our fee proportionally — you only pay for what we actually deliver. This isn't a vague promise. It's written into our agreement so you're never paying for underperformance.

Our primary channel is Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — specifically lead generation and conversion campaigns targeting homeowners in your service area. We handle all creative (ad copy, images, video if available), audience targeting, retargeting, and ongoing A/B testing. We also offer Google Reviews campaigns and reactivation campaigns to past customers.
Three things: trade-specific audience data (we know which targeting signals convert for HVAC vs roofing vs plumbing), conversion-optimised creative (built around how trade customers make decisions, not general ad templates), and daily active management (we're in the account every day, not checking in weekly). No — we handle all ad creative as part of the service. If you have photos of your work or team, those always outperform stock images and we'll happily use them. But they're not required. We'll create everything needed to launch a high-performing campaign from day one.
Pricing
Pricing is custom based on your trade, service area, and lead volume goals. There are two costs: our management fee (what you pay Danichi) and your ad spend (what goes directly to Meta). We'll give you the exact numbers on the strategy call. What we can say is most clients see positive ROI within the first 30 days — the leads pay for the service.
No long-term contracts. We work on a month-to-month basis. We keep clients by delivering results, not by locking them in. If you want to pause or cancel, you give us notice and we're done — no penalties, no awkward conversations.
Totally fine. We understand trades are seasonal. You can pause at any time with notice. We'll pause ad spend immediately and resume when you're ready — without needing to rebuild from scratch, because we preserve the campaign data.
Working Together
Very little. After the initial onboarding (which takes about an hour), your job is to answer the phone and close the leads. We handle everything else — creative, targeting, optimisation, reporting. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes a month on anything related to their marketing with us.
